Champagne Gosset Celebris 2004 - Extra-Brut

The nose is nicely fresh, fine, elegant, precise, aromatic and offers a slight gourmandise. It reveals notes of lemon, slight notes of fresh Tangerine associated with a discreet hints of zests as well as a subtle vinous hint, quince/yellow fruits and a discreet hint of brioche. The palate is fruity, fine, elegant, well-balanced, delicate and offers a beautiful definition, a good volume, a slight acid frame as well as a slight suavity. The effervescence is very fine, elegant, precise, shining and slightly creamy. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of lemon, apple, chalk and slight notes of fresh vine peach associated with a subtle hint of brioche, juicy/fleshy Tangerine, quince as well as an imperceptible vinous hint. Good length and very beautiful persistence.
