Champagne Boizel Joyau de France Chardonnay 2007 - Brut

-

The nose is aromatic, fine and relatively riche. It reveals notes of ripe Golden apple and mirabelle/quince associated with slight/discreet notes of brioche, white flowers/white fruits, slight/discreet toasted notes as well as a hint of limestone and ripe/dried lemon. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, suave, fat, elegant, round and offers a beautiful definition as well as a beautiful dynamism/ guideline. The effervescence is very fine, dynamic, precise, elegant and well-built. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of ripe lemon, quince and yellow stone fruits associated with a hint of pear as well as a discreet hint of exotic fruits, brioche/beeswax and a subtle hint of spices.

Good length.
