Champagne Lallier Millésime 2008 Grand Cru - Brut
The nose is fruity, creamy, elegant, gourmand and quite generous. It reveals slight notes of egg cream and white fruits associated with a discreet hint of ripe peach, crushed pear associated with a subtle hint of quince, beeswax as well as an imperceptible hint of Brazil nut, The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acid frame, minerality, freshness, a beautiful fat, roundness, suavity, a beautiful fresh frame, a good volume as well as dynamism. The effervescence is very fine, shining and creamy. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of lemon/quince, ripe yellow peach and crushed pear associated with subtle hints of fleshy/juicy Tangerine as well as an imperceptible hint of toasted/Brazil nut and sweet spices. Good length and persistence.
