The nose is aromatic, fine, gourmand and offers richness as well as a slight concentration. It reveals notes of flowers, pear and slight notes of ripe vine peach associated with hints of fresh citrus as well as a very discreet hint of quince. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, mineral, suave, slightly tight and offers a slight acid frame, gourmandise, a slight fat, tension, a certain purity of the fruit as well as a nice definition. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of compoted peach and ripe pear associated with slight notes of litchi, flowers as well as touches of citrus and a subtle hint of yuzu. des notes de pêche compotée et de poire mûre associées à de fines notes de litchi, de fleurs ainsi qu’à des touches d’agrumes et à une subtile pointe de yuzu.
