The nose is concentrated and offers richness (in the background). It reveals notes of very ripe citrus (lemon, clementine), quince and slight touches of peach associated with a subtle hint of fresh white fruits as well as a honey hint and hints of spices. The palate offers a beautiful freshness, a beautiful minerality, a very beautiful roundness, a beautiful volume, a nice freshness as well as an acid frame/citrus. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon and slight touches of dried clementine, ripe yellow peach, apple associated with subtle hints of quince, dried lemon zests as well as very discreet woody hints/spices in the background. Good length.
