The nose is fruity, fresh, aromatic, elegant and fine. It reveals notes of fresh lemon zests and fresh apple associated with slight touches of yellow fruits, beeswax, woody touches as well as a slight hint of minerality and slight hints of spices. The palate is fruity, fresh, nicely juicy and offers elegance, a beautiful definition, a beautiful dynamism, a beautiful acid frame as well as a beautiful suavity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, quince and green lemon zests associated with touches of apple, quince/juicy mirabelle as well as a subtle/very discreet hint of peach, beeswax/woody hint, spices and an imperceptible hint of vanilla (in the background). Good length.
