The nose is fine, quite elegant and slightly powerful. It reveals notes of blackberry, cassis and slight notes of red fruits/red berries associated with woody hints, toasted hints as well as a discreet hint of pepper, licorice and a slight hints of flowers (cornflower…). The palate is fruity, wellbalanced, slightly silky and offers juiciness, minerality, a slight freshness, fat, roundness, a slight acidity (in the background) as well as a slight mineral frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of strawberry and red berries/fresh redcurrant associated with slight notes of blackberry, cherry as well as touches of toasted oak. Good length.
