The nose reveals notes of cassis, wild raspberry and wild berries associated with slight hints of flowers, dark chocolate, toasted/caramelize­d oak as well as a very discreet hint of Bourbon vanilla (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced, mineral, well-built, racy and offers juiciness, fat, freshness, a racy minerality, a very slight unctuosity as well as a beautiful mineral frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy raspberry, reducrrant and slight notes of cassis associated with hints of toasted oak as well as a discreet hint of vanilla and chocolate. Tannins are well-built.
