Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

The nose is elegant and offers concentration as well as a slight richness. It reveals notes of crushed blackberry, crushed cassis and hints of ripe wild strawberry associated with slight woody touches, caramelization, spices as well as a very discreet hint of Sichuan pepper and an imperceptible hint of chocolate. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful freshness, gourmandise, a beautiful fat, a good definition, a slight juiciness, a slight acid frame, a nice freshness as well as tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of jiucy blackberry, juicy red berries and slight touches of cassis, wild strawberry associated with hints of licorice, caramelized oak as well as a discreet hint of spices and a slight hint of dark chocolate on the finish. Tannins are fine and well-built. There is a very discreet hint of coffee and an imperceptible hint of vanilla on the persistence.
