Château Fleur Cardinale 2014

Saint-Emilion Grand Cru Classé

-

The nose is aromatic, intense, elegant and relatively concentrated. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, wild strawberry and wild small berries associated with hints of raspberry, spices as well as discret hints of toasted oak. The palate is fruity, well- balanced, nicely unctuous, nicely fresh, elegant and offers a slight mineral frame, precision, a beautiful matter as well as gourmandise. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy raspberry and slight notes of cassis, plum associated with hints of chocolate, toasted oak, licorice as well as subtle hints of sweet spices, Ceylan tea and cardamom. Tannins are fine, firm and elegant. Good length.
