The nose is powerful, aromatic and spicy. It reveals notes of fleshy blackberry, cassis and slight notes of red fruits, fresh berries associated with small notes of flowers, spices, Sichuan pepper, a touch of toasted oak (in the background) as well as a very discreet hint of mocha and sweet spices (in the background). The palate is fruity, sleek, mineral, fine and offers a slight mineral frame, a slight freshness, suavity, gourmandis­e, roundness, finesse a beautiful volume, a beautiful minerality as well as freshness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, juicy raspberry and slight notes of plum, redcurrant associated with a hint of violet as well as slight hints of toasted oak and touches of spices. Tannins are fine and young. Good length and persistenc­e. There is a hint of mocha, grilled oak, sweet spices on the persisetnc­e and a subtle hint of coconut on the aftertaste.
