-

The nose is aromatic and offers a slight freshness. It reveals notes of fresh blackberry, crème de cassis and slight notes of wild small berries associated with touches of ripe pepper as well as woody hints, mocha and a touch of pepper. The palate is fruity, suave, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers unctuosity, tension, a slight juiciness, fat, a fresh frame, suavity, gourmandise as well as precision. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry cream, fleshy cassis and slight notes of fleshy/juicy raspberry, chocolate, toasted oak as well as a subtle hint of almon/Bourbon vanilla on the finish. Tannins are well-built. There is a discreet hint of chocolate on the persistence.
