Château Coudert 2007

Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

-

The nose is fresh, powerful and offers concentration. It reveals notes of crushed wild strawberry and crushed cassis associated with small notes of menthol, flowers as well as a hint of spices. The palate is fruity, mineral, relatively gourmand, suave and offers freshness, a slight juiciness, a slight acid frame as well as a certain harmony. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe raspberry and ripe strawberry associated with slight notes of crushed cassis, fleshy/crushed blackberry, a hint of plum as well as touches of undergrowth, sweet spices and woody touches. Tannins are very slightly dry. Good length.
