It reveals notes of nuts, candied citrus and candied orange zests associated with small notes of ginger, candied physalis as well as a subtle hint of honey, almond and botrytis (discreet). The palate is fruity, fresh, racy, incisive, gourmand, aromatic, elegant and offers a beautiful acid frame, a beautiful finesse, a beautiful roundness, unctuosity, a beautiful/slight freshness as well as a beautiful minerality and definition. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, candied Tangerine and small notes of candied mirabelle/physalis associated with hints of pineapple in syrup as well as discreet hints of honey, almond, small yellow stone fruits and discreet hints of spices.
