The nose is fruity, elegant, well-balanced and offers a slight unctuosity as well as a slight freshness. It reveals notes of peach in syrup associated with small notes of candied lemon, vanilla and small toasted notes as well as an impercepti­ble hint of almond. The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced, slightly tight and offers a slight acid frame, a slight freshness, minerality, fat as well as unctuosity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, compoted/crushed peach and slight notes of candied Tangerine associated with a hint of vanilla, a subtle hint of roasted pineapple as well as a very discreet toasted hint/sweet spices. Good length. There are slight notes of candied lemon and a very discreet hint of apricot puree on the persistenc­e.
