The nose is fruity. It reveals notes of citrus (lemon, yuzu) and green apple associated with a hint of papaya, slight hints of flowers and a very discreet hint of fresh vine peach as well as an imperceptible hint of beeswax and date/dry fruits. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a slight acid frame, freshness as well as a beautiful minerality. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of green apple and slight notes of vine peach associated with touches of candied lemon, a discreet hint of crystallized Tangerine as well as a subtle hint of flowers and an imperceptible hint of dry fruits. Good length and persistence. There is a discreet hint of hazelnut/ fresh almond on the aftertaste.
