Pascal Bouchard Les Vieilles Vignes 2015

Chablis

-

The nose is fruity, fresh and aromatic. It reveals notes of fresh lemon, fresh clementine and slight hints of zests associated with touches of mirabelle/ fresh physalis as well as small notes of racy minerality. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, suave, fat and offers a beautiful freshness, a slight acid frame, fat, tension, a slight roundness as well as a racy minerality. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fresh lemon, fresh clementine and slight notes of fresh quenette associated with hints of quince, a discreet hint of honey as well as an imperceptible hint of ripe apricot and a subtle woody hint.

Good length.
