Chablis Grand Cru

-

The nose is fresh, fruity and offers a slight intensity (in the backrgound). It reveals slight notes of crushed ripe nectarine and ripe clementine associated with slight notes of apple as well as hints of fresh citrus and a subtle hint of fresh zests. The palate is fruity, juicy, mineral, well-balanced, racy and offers freshness, deepness, suavity, a good definition, finesse, a slight tension/straightness, a beautiful volume, a good roundness as well as a beautiful acid frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy peach, juicy/ripe lemon and slight hints of juicy cementine associated with a hint of juicy apple, a very discreet hint of pineapple as well as hints of racy minerality, a subtle hint of clementine zests (in the background) and an imperceptible toasted hint/vanilla (in th background). Good length.
