Jean Durup Père & Fils -Vaudésirs

Chablis Grand Cru

-

The nose is fruity and offers a slight freshness as well as a slight minerality. It reveals notes of flint and quince associated with slight touches of physalis, yellow fruits as well as a discreet hint of peach, leather (in the background) and imperceptible woody hints. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, suave and offers a beautiful juiciness, an acid frame, a minerality, a good volume, harmony as well as fat. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of quince, ripe Tangerine, physalis/yellow plum associated with hints of ripe vine peach, a subtle hint of zests (in the background) as well as slight hints of honey and toasted oak on the finish. Good length.
