Vignerons de Buxy 2015

Mercurey

-

The nose is fruity and offers a slight richness, a slight freshness as well as a slight intensity. It reveals notes of yellow stone fruits and slight notes of flowers/green apple peel associated with a hint of lemon paste as well as a subtle hint of papaya and an imperceptible hint of beeswax. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a slight juicniess, fat, a beautiful acid frame, freshness, straightness, a racy minerality as well as dynamism. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of small yellow stone fruits, quince and slight hints of ripe lemon associated with a discreet hint of green peach, apple as well as an imperceptible hint of Tangerine and flint. Good length.
