Pouilly-Fuissé

The nose is fruity, fresh, racy and slightly powerful. It reveals notes of fresh ripe fruits (peach, pear) and slight notes of fresh lemon associated with discreet hints of fresh zests, flowers and an imperceptible hint of pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity, fat, mineral and offers a slight acid frame, straightness, precision as well as suavity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of compoted/fresh vine peach and pear associated with slight touches of fresh lemon, racy minerality (terroir) as well as a discreet hint of Tangerine zests/flowers. Good length.
