Saint-Véran

The nose is fruity, fresh and concentrated. It reveals notes of quince, mirabelle and more slightly of white fruits associated with hints of peach as well as an imperceptible toasted hint and racy minerality. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, ample, a bit aerial and offers a slight tension, roundness, fraichness, a slight acid frame as well as suavity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of white fruits, quenette and slight notes of lemon associated with a touch of peach as well as an imperceptible toasted hint/beeswax. Good length. There is a very discreet hint of butter on the aftertaste.
