It reveals notes of cassis, bell pepper and slight notes of garrigue/bay associated with slight hints of black cherry, red fruits, olive tree, spices as well as an imperceptible hint of eucalyptus and cacao. The palate is fruity, gourmand and offers a slight unctuosity, a beautiful acid frame, a nice definition, a certain straightness as well as a slight minerality.
