Roberto Sarotto - Solatio 2016
Moscato d’Asti
The nose is fruity and gourmand. It reveals notes of exotic fruits and peach associated with subtle hints of candied lemon and flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, gourmand, supple and offers a beautiful fat, a nice volume, gourmandise as well as a slight deepness. The effervescence is very fine and very slightly incisive. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of candied apple, pineapple in syrup and candied lemon associated with a hint of quenette, apricot in syrup as well as small touches of candied Tangerine. Good length.
