The nose is fruity, elegant, aromatic and racy. It reveals notes of candied lemon, crystallized orange zests and small notes of apple/peach compote associated with hints of flowers, sandal wood, spices as well as a subtle hint of pâtisseries/creme brulee (in the background). The palate is fruity, very well-balanced and offers a fine acid frame, a slight minerality, gourmandise as well as a slight unctuosity. In the mouth this Armagnac expresses notes of pear in syrup as well as a fine unctuosity.
