The nose is fruity, harmonious and offers a fine richness as well as a slight fat. It reveals fine notes of caramel and a discreet hint of fig, date associated with a hint of rancio, a subtle hint of flowers, Timut pepper as well as a very discreet hint of cocoa/oak. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced and offers a nice definition, suavity, a fine fat and a fine tension. On the palate this Armagnac expresses notes of ripe yellow peach, candied lemon and a hint of candied Tangerine associated with hints of quenette, a discreet hint of caramelization, a subtle hint of sweetspices / spices, tobacco as well as a discreet hint of pepper, oak and cedar wood. Good length and good persistence. There is a very discreet hint of peat on the aftertaste.
