The nose is fruity, fine, delicate, aromatic and slightly powerful. It reveals notes of crushed date, candied clementine and candied orange zests associated with touches of chocolate as well as a hint of caramel, apricot and compote white fruits. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, suave and offers a slight gourmandise, tension, a beautiful definition, elegance/finesse as well as delicacy/harmony. In the mouth this Cognac expresses notes of Zantecurrant, dried Tangerine and candied lemon zests associated with subtle hints of caramel, dried apricot puree, cedar wood and touches of tobacco on the finish. Good length. The aftertaste is slightly suave.
