The nose is fruity, incisive and powerful. It reveals notes of crystallized lemon and green lemon zests associated with a hint of grapefruit zests, rancio, a subtle hint of Zante currant as well as very discreet hints of spices, leather, cedar woody, toasted oak and an imperceptible hint of dried strawberry (in the background). The palate is fruity, fleshy, straight, well-built, elegant, racy and offers gourmandise, fleshy as well as roundness. In the mouth this Cognac expresses notes of marmelade, crystallized Tangerine and more slightly of crystallized lemon associated with a hint of zests, exotic fruits as well as discreet hints of caramel, Zante currant puree, cedar wood, tobacco and an imperceptible hint of dark chocolate (in the background). Good length and persistence.
