Cognac

The nose is fruity, relatively intense, incisive, fresh, powerful, elegant and offers a slight gourmandise. It reveals notes of green lemon zests, exotic fruits and more slightly of dried fruits, crystallized citrus, cedar wood associated with slight notes of yellow fruits as well as a hint of honey, gray pepper and almond. The palate is fat, suave, straight, tight, ample, round, elegant and offers gourmandise, a slight acid frame as well as tension. In the mouth this Cognac expresses notes of apricot, quince and slight notes of yellow peach in syrup, crystallized citrus (lemon, clementine) associated with slight notes of honey, currant, rancio, pâtisseries as well as a slight note of caramel. Good length and persistence.
