Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux

The nose is fruity. It reveals notes of fleshy redcurrant, mushroom and prunes associated with slight notes of blackberry, dried red fruits and fine hints of undergrowth. The palate is fruity, juicy, fat and offers a fine acid frame, a fine freshness and a fine unctuosity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, fleshy cassis and crushed strawberry combined with touches of chocolate, caramelization and subtle toasted hints oak. Tannins are well-built. Good length. There is a hint of chocolate / caramel on the persistence. The persistence is slightly gourmande.
