It reveals notes of red cherry, sour cherry, gray pepper and spices associated with slight/discreet hints of strawberry as well as a subtle hint of cacao. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced, well-built, aerial and offers a slight fleshiness, a beautiful mineral frame, a slight juiciness as well as tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe/fleshy strawberry, redcurrant and hints of sour cherry associated with subtle hints of cassis, notes of pepper (black pepper and coarse Cuben pepper) as well as subtle hints of chocolate, woody hints and an imperceptible hint of tobacco.
