The palate is fruity, mineral and offers a slight fat, freshness, a slight suavity as weflint (on the finish). In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon associated with hints of apple, green melon as well as subtle touches of juicy/fresh lemon and an imperceptible hint of exotic fruitss (papaya, Quenette).
