Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky

-

The nose is powerful, gourmand, elegant harmonious, fine and dense. It reveals notes of dried white grapes, dried citrus zest and fine touches of candied orange combined with a touch of cedar, rosewood, salty minerality and a fine hint of gray pepper. The palate is fruity, nicely well-balanced, soft, powerful (but still balanced) and offers fat, suavity, finesse, a nice acid frame as well as a fine juiciness and fat. On the palate, this Whisky expresses notes of juicy lemon, juicy tangerine and Granny Smith apple combined with subtle hints of clementine zest, hints of almond, cocoa, toasted hints as well as a subtle touch of blond tobacco, cedar, cinnamon, caramelization and subtle hints of rocky minerality. Good length. There is a hint of Vanilla biscuit on the persistence.
