Burnside – Oregon Oaked Bourbon

The nose is fruity, well-balanced as well as relatively fine. It reveals notes of mirabelle plum, apricot and slight notes of dried lemon associated with hints of quince as well as slight touches of wood/oak and vanilla. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, fresh, mineral and offers a slight juiciness as well as a slight fat. In the mouth this Bourbon expresses notes of dried lemon and lemon paste associated with slight touches of quince, mirabelle plum, a hint of kumquat as well as slight hints of vanilla, oak and a subtle hint of apricot. Good length.
