The nose is fruity / aromatic, elegant and offers a fine roundness and a fine delicacy. It reveals notes of white fruit (apple, peach) and a touch of papaya / quenette associated with a touch of candied lemon as well as a subtle touch of liquorice, boxwood and minerality. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers delicacy, a fine roundness as well as a fine suavity. On the palate, this Whisky expresses a touch of candied white cherry, apple, candied lemon, grilled oak and coffee combined with subtle hints of Sandalwood and a discreet hint of boxwood. Good length and persistence.
