Clear Creek Distillery - Mc Carthy’s Oregon Single Malt – Whiskey

The nose is aromatic, fine, well-balanced, slightly powerful and offers deepness. It reveals notes of peat, minerality and slight touches of flint, spices, a very discreet hint of candied peach (in the background), Sherry, an impercepti­ble hint of lemon, a subtle hint of blond tobacco and flint. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, slightly aerial and offers power, finesse, a fine fat, roundness, a nice structure as well as roundess. In the mouth this Whiskey expresses fine notes of licthi, quenette and slight touches of candied apple associated with a subtle hint of lemon zests as well as touches of peat.
