Resignation Rye 100 Proof – Whiskey

The nose is powerful, fruity, dried and offers a nice grain. It reveals slight notes of dried fruits, dried grape, dried orange zests and dried lemon associated with a subtle hint of dried kumquat as well as a subtle hint of vanilla (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced, round, nicely dried, slightly powerful and offers a beautiful fat, suavity as well as a nice structure. In the mouth this Whiskey expresses slight notes of dried grape, caramel and slight touches of dried lemon, dried orange associated with slight notes of spices, slight notes of dried orange zests, cedar as well as subtle touches of spices, gray pepper, a subtle touch of tobacco and touches of cereals/wheat. Good length and persistence.
