Ottis Webber – Wheat Whiskey

The nose is fruity and offers power as well as a slight sweetness. It reveals notes of caramel, wheat, cereals and a subtle hint of straw associated with touches of ripe fruits (in the background) as well as subtle hints of cardamom (in the background) and herbs. The palate is fruity, wellbalanced and offers a beautiful fat, a nice definition, precision, a slight gourmandise as well as a slight sweetness. In the mouth this Whiskey expresses notes of caramel and dried grape puree associated with slight touches of dried kumquat, dried mandarin as well as slight touches of wheat, cereals as well as subtle/discreet touches of honey (in the background).
