The nose is aromatic and offers a slight straightness. It reveals slight notes of peat/cereals, caramel and slight touches of vanilla associated with hints of compote, candied orange zests as well as subtle touches of pepper and a very discreet hint of licorice. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, tight, aerial, unctuous, slightly unctuous and offers a slight mineral frame as fat as. In the mouth this Whiskey expresses notes of caramel, Pomme d’Amour and slight hints of compote peach asociated with a subtle touch of licorice, toasted oak/vanilla as well as subtle/imperceptible touches of Sichuan pepper (in the background). Good length and persistence.
