The nose is fruity, delicate and quite aromatic. It reveals notes of mineraliy/pure water associated with slight touches of juniper, mountain flowers as well as very discreet hints of cucumber and subtle/discreet hints of anise (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced, aromatic and offers a fine fat, deepness, delicacy, gourmandise as well as unctuosity. In the mouth this Gin expresses notes of juniper, minerality/flint and touches of mountain flowers associated with subtle hints of anise, cardamom as well as a hint of green apple (in the background).
