The nose is fruity, aromatic, precise and offers a beautiful expression. It reveals notes of mountain flowers, aromatic herbs and fine touches of acidulous apple candy associated with a subtle touch of candied lemon (in the background), minty candy as well as subtle touches of quenette and an discreet hint of black pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, nicely-built and offers a fine mineral frame, a fine acidity, straightness, precision as well as a nice finesse and roundness. On the palate this Gin expresses fine notes of apple, mountain flowers, juniper and rocky minerality associated with hints of mint and black pepper as well as a discreet hint of citrus. Good length.
