It reveals subtle notes of juniper associated with discreet notes of toasted oak, caramel, subtle touches of anise, minerality as well as slight hints of cucumber and an impercepti­ble hint of licorice (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a slight mineral frame, fat, suavity as well as unctuosity. In the mouth this Gin expresses notes of juniper, carameliza­tion and slight touches of mountain flowers associated with a subtle/discreet hint of cucumber (in the background). Good length.
