The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers minerality, a slight fat, a fine unctuosity as well as a slight freshness. In the mouth this Gin expresses notes of lemon, aromatic herbs and slight hints of flowers associated with subtle hints of lemon zests/yuzu as well as touches of white fruits et an imperceptible hint of spices. Good length and beautiful persistence.
