Saint-Émilion Grand Cru

The nose is elegant, fruity and offers a fine power. It reveals notes of blackberry, crushed strawberry and small notes of fleshy black fruits associated with discreet hints of flowers, wild berries, Sichuan pepper and very discreet hints of menthol-liquorice and toasted / carameliza­tion. The palate is fruity, juicy, precise, frank and offers straightsn­ess, elegance, a fine acidulous frame, gourmandis­e as well as a beautiful definition / finesse. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry and crushed / juicy cassis associated with small touches of fleshy raspberry, fleshy strawberry as well as small hints of wild red berries, menthol licorice, tonka bean / cocoa as well as discreet hints of spices. Tannins are well-built and elegant. Good length. There are discreet hints of tonka bean (on the finish/ persistenc­e).
