The nose is fruity, powerful, aromatic, well-structured and offers a beautiful complexity as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of Zante currants, sandalwood, cherry wood, dried kumquat and small notes of crystallized orange combined with small touches of spices, potpourri / dried flowers as well as a very discreet hint of nougatine, gray pepper and an imperceptible hint of violet. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful structure, a beautiful straightness, tension, unctuousity, fleshiness, a small power, a small minerality (in the background) as well as gourmandise. On the palate, this Grappa expresses notes of Zante currants purée, Williams pear, quince and small notes of mirabelle plums combined with small touches of peach, dried citrus fruit (lemon ...), hints of dried flower / potpourri as well as a very discreet hint of pepper / toasted and nougatine / caramelization. Good length.
