The nose is elegant and offers power, a beautiful finesse / definition, a beautiful complexity as well as a good structure. It reveals notes of Zante currant, vanilla, caramelized lemon, Tarte Tatin and small notes of cooked peach combined with touches of cedar wood, toffee, rancio, spices as well as a very discreet hint of camphor, dried fruits and Sichuan pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, minerality, a small fresh frame, a beautiful finesse, a small aerial side, a beautiful precision as well as a beautiful structure. On the palate this Rum expresses notes of Zante currant, caramelized apple and small notes of lemon crystallized associated with small / fine touches of peat, caramel / toffee, spices, camphor, dried violet / potpourri as well as discreet hints of dark chocolate and almonds. The finish is powerful.
