On the palate this wine expresses notes of cooked vine peach, cooked apple and small notes of butter apple associated with small touches of crushed Williams pear as well as a discreet hint of mirabelle plum and pâtisseries. Good length.

It reveals notes of violets, apples cooked in butter and small notes of vine peach, spices associated with a very discreet hint of kumquat (in the background), gray pepper and an imperceptible hint of camphor. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced, frank and offers fleshiness, precision as well as a fine acidulous frame. In the mouth this Calvados expresses notes of juicy peach, juicy green apple and small notes of cooked apple associated with fine touches of citrus, apple blossoms, pâtisseries / caramelization and an imperceptible hint of vanilla. Good length and good persistence. A beautiful and delicate Calvados!

It reveals notes of rancio, cooked apple and a hint of gray pepper, orange zest associated with discreet hints of Williams pear / dried peach as well as a very discreet hint of violet and cigar. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, precise, wellstructured, frank, beautifully powerful, racy and offers a beautiful suavity, a beautiful roundness, fat as well as a beautiful grain. In the mouth this Calvados express notes of cooked apple and pâtisseries associated with small notes of rancio, orange zest and crystallized mandarin. Good length. A beautiful finesse / delicacy, full of power.
