Ventoux (Bio)

The nose offers richness, gourmandise, a small concentration, fleshiness, a fine intensity as well as a good finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of black cherry, blueberry and small notes of fleshy wild strawberry associated with small touches of garrigue, small wild black berries as well as slight hints of laurel berries, minerality and an imperceptible hint of tobacco. The palate is fruity, precise, elegant, well-balanced and offers a fine acidulous frame, sapidity, roundness, fleshiness, gourmandise, straightness, minerality as well as a beautiful juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, juicy / fleshy black berries and small notes of juicy / crunchy blueberry associated with fine touches of fleshy strawberry, hints of chocolate, toasted hints / caramelization as well as an imperceptible hint of garrigue and mushroom (in the background). Tannins are elegant and very discreetly firm. There are slight hints of minerality on the finish.
