Tawny Port The nose is fruity, elegant and offers a small juiciness, structure, a fine richness as well as complexity. It reveals notes of dates, Zante currants and small notes of caramelized orange, dried strawberry combined with fine touches of dried apricot, discreet hints of pâtisseries, caramelization as well as a very discreet hint of almond, tobacco and coffee. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant, gourmande, well-built, dynamic, delicate and offers a beautiful definition, precision, a good structure, a beautiful unctuous matter energy, fat as well as a beautiful acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of Zante currants, date, dried strawberry and touches of caramelized mandarin / orange associated with small touches of chocolate, almond and tobacco. Tannins are elegant. Good length. Beautiful finish and persistence.

Old White Porto The nose is fruity, elegant, gourmand and offers a small power/ intensity. It reveals notes of dry citrus (orange, lemon), zante currants and small notes of tobacco associated with touches of caramelization, prune, chocolate, a hint of lime zests, gray pepper, flowers as well as discreet hints of sweet spices and cedar. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good acidulous frame, a small tension, a beautiful finesse, precision, an aerial side, roundness as well as a beautiful guideline. On the palate this Porto expresses notes of zante currants, prune, caramelized orange and small notes of dried grape associated with touches of chocolate, mild tobacco, candied mirabelle as well as hints of spices and cedar. Tannins are fine and wellbuilt. Beautiful persistence and gourmandize.

Old Tawny Port The nose is powerful, finely tight and offers richness, intensity as well as power. It reveals notes of dry citrus, gray pepper and small notes of cedarwood/sandalwood associated with touches of quince, candied white fruits as well as hints of candied quince, chocolate, toasted, coffee and very discreet hints of nutmeg. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, preicse and offers a good guideline, tension, fat, richness, a fine fresh frame, a good straightness as well as a fine unctuosity. On the palate this Porto expresses notes of candied strawberry, candied cherry and small notes of candied plum associated with touches of chocolate, caddarwood as well as discreet hints of white flowers, almond/nut, cardamom and an imperceptible hint of violet. Good length. The persistence is finely acidulous and offers hints of cocoa and toasted.

The palate is fruity, well-balanced, slightly tight and offers a good definition, gourmandize, roundness, a fine unctuosity, a very beautiful finesse of the grain, elegance, straightness as well as fleshiness. On the palate this Porto expresses notes of candied strawberry, zante currants and small notes of fleshy violet plum associated with fine touches of caramelization, praline, tobacco and a very discreet hint of walnut and dried almond on the finish. A beautiful Porto!

On the palate this Porto expresses notes of caramelized orange, caramelized mandarin and small notes of dried fruits, caramel, pâtisseries associated with touches of cedar, a hint of citron, candied fruits cake as well as a very discreet hint of Bourbon vanilla and caramelization. Good length. There are small hints of dried fruits (almond, hazelnut, fresh walnut) on the persistence. Power on the finish.
