The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers suavity, juiciness, fine minerality, a beautiful definition, fruit, a small gourmandize, a fine freshness as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy Quetsche plum, fleshy / juicy Boysenberry and small notes of crunchy wild strawberry associated with a touch of juicy blueberry as well as a hint of blond tobacco, tea, cardamom and with very discreet hints of sweet spices. Tannins are elegant, well-built, racy and precise.
